Elite Soccer tours has produced a number of policies to protect the customer as well as the tour company.

Prices

• Elite soccer tours will absorb increases equivalent to 2% of the trip price, However Elite Soccer tours does reserve the right to impose sur charges in respect to cost increases related to fuel or U.S or foreign government action. If the sur charge exceeds 10% of the trip price, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund of the moneys paid.

Cancellation by customer

• All cancellations must be made using the official cancellation form by mail or fax.
• Only the initial deposit is refundable.
• Cancellation made later than 12 weeks prior to departure are subject to the following scale of charges, payable by the customer.
• 84 – 15 days prior to departure, 40% of the total price is refunded.
• 14 – 1 days prior to departure , 20% of the total is refunded
• Cancellation on departure date or after will result in no refunds.

Cancellation by Elite Soccer tours

• The company reserves the right to reserve your trip. In the unlikely event of the company doing so, you can expect either a full refund or alternative trip that is the equivalent in all arrangements to those originally booked.
• Company liability – Elite soccer tours has taken a reasonable precaution to ensure that supplies used are safe, reliable, efficient and well respected. Every firm Elite Soccer tours enters into partnership with is checked thoroughly. They all maintain the highest standard and operate within the law and regulation of the company of which they operate in.
• The availability of some of the facilities is dependent upon local weather conditions and cannot be totally guaranteed.
• Elite soccer tours cannot take responsibility for these weather conditions, neither for closure due to maintenance and repair or public holidays or festivals.
• However, EST will take all appropriate action to organise alternative facilities of similar standard and notify the travelling group.
